Is the shake and the pudding the same product?
Yes - same bag, same powder. Use more liquid for a shake, less for pudding. Same 20g of protein either way.
What does it taste like?
The pudding is thick, rich, and velvety - designed to be indistinguishable from a premium chocolate dessert pudding. The shake is smooth and chocolatey without the chalky aftertaste. We spent 2 years and 28 revisions on this specifically.
How many flavors are available?
Right now: Chocolate Mousse. More flavors are in development. Subscribe to be first to know when they launch.

What sweetens it?
Honey powder and monk fruit.
What's the protein source?
Grass-fed whey and milk proteins, plus grass-fed collagen peptides. This is not a plant-based product.
Does it contain dairy?
Yes. ProLete is made with grass-fed whey and milk proteins. Not suitable for dairy allergies or lactose intolerance.
Does it contain gluten?
No. ProLete is gluten-free.
Is it keto-friendly?

Using ProLete
Can I use it as a meal, or is it just a snack?
Both. On its own, it's a high-protein snack. Stirred into overnight oats, blended into a smoothie bowl, or paired with granola and fruit, it becomes the protein base of a full meal. Browse the Recipes page for ideas.
How many servings are in a bag?
The Large Bag contains 30 servings ($44.99). The Small Bag contains 5 servings ($14.99). Same formula - just choose the size that works for you.
How should I store it?
Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared as pudding, cover and refrigerate - consume within 24 hours for best texture.
